A marmot is like a fluffy potato with legs that decides it’s a ground squirrel but wants to be a mountain celebrity. It lives in the hills, yodels its way through life, and spends most of its time lounging in the sun, munching on grass, and judging hikers from a distance. Its only real job is to pop out of a hole and look adorable, while simultaneously being a lunch proposal for various predators.
